(More customer reviews)I bought these Alpine Type-S SPS-400 to replace my front speakers & tweeters in my grand am.The built-in tweeters on these speakers are excellent even being down by my leg on the door they deliver crisp highs and a good mid-range.
so Pros:good-great highs, good mids.good price online.Not much choice for good speakers at 4"
Cons:unsatisfying bass (not that they are intended for bass use, but I have to turn the bass on my alpine head unit down and more sound to the back speakers if I crank the volume up otherwise the bass is distorted.
