(More customer reviews)After reading the other reviews on these, I guess I was expecting them to sound really good.I would say that their sound is just OK, no better than that for sure.Absolutely no bass, and vocals sound very tinny and hollow.Then I remembered how much I paid for them, and I figured 'what can you expect'.So, don't be misled by the other reviews, the bottom line is that you get what you pay for, and these sound like [an inexpensive] pair of speakers.They represent a decent value in low end speakers, but nothing more.

These stylish, compact LS300 speakers from AudioSource give you a powerful sound, inside or outside. Despite being small (8.5 x 6 x 6 inches, W x H x D), the LS300 speakers put out 100 watts per channel and feature a 4-inch reinforced polypropylene woofer and3/4-inch polycarbonate tweeter. They're easy to hook up and can accommodate almost any kind of speaker wire connections. The speakers have gold-plated binding-post speaker terminals that ensure high-fidelity sound, and the terminals connect to banana-plug speaker cords or bare speaker wires, up to 14-gauge.
The LS300 speakers are also easy to put in place. They come complete with mounting brackets, nonslip adhesive pads, and all the basic hardware you need to get your speakers set up, outside and inside.
